Certificate errors

Problem

Error while adding an account, or while synchronising.

Error message

The certificate authority is invalid or incorrect.

or

Could not establish a trust relationship for the SSL/ TLS secure channel with autority 'yourservername.com'

Cause

This error is caused by an error in the certificate of the calendar server.

Solutions

• Ask your administrator to correct the certificate.
• Ask your administrator for a Client Certificate and instructions on how to install it on your device.
• Disable certificate checking (not recommended), see instructions
