Certificate error

Problem

Error while adding an account, or while synchronising.

Error message

Error adding your account: The SSL connection could not be established, see inner exception.: NO RESPONSE

Cause

This error is caused by an error in the certificate of the calendar server.

Solutions

• Ask your administrator to correct the certificate.
• Ask your administrator for a Client Certificate and instructions on how to install it on your device.
• The certificate of the calendar server is not valid. Disable certificate checking (not recommended, only for troubleshooting), see instructions
