You already have a license for OneCalendar Premium.
You have already purchased a license for the Premium version of OneCalendar and you are prompted again to buy a license. So you have fallen back to the Basic version of OneCalendar.
If you buy a license for the premium version of OneCalendar, it will be valid forever. The license is connected to your Windows login account (on Tablet/Desktop) and to the primary account on your Phone (Mobile). So as long as you use the same account the license can be used for multiple devices.
If you log on to Windows with another account as when you bought the license, it won't be available in OneCalendar. You can verify on which account you've purchased the license on this website. The account you use to logon to the website should be the same as you use to logon to Windows.
If you have just installed OneCalendar on a second device, the license will not be immediately available. It takes a while for the license to become available. Windows synchronizes licenses with an unknown interval, but in our experience this may be up to a few days.
If you have just reinstalled or reset Windows on your device, the same goes as in Scenario 2.
You might doubt or think falsely think you have bought a license before, but in fact you haven't. Please verify your purchase on this website. You can view all your purchases in the Microsoft Store there.
With this scenario the cause for the issue is unknown. There are a couple of options left to try:
